Welcome to Project TCG.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Project TCG website, your purchase of products or services from Project TCG, and your participation in transactions made through our website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing an event ticket or vendor table, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. GENERAL TERMS

Project TCG operates an online and physical retail business specializing in Trading Card Game (“TCG”) products, collectibles, events, tournaments, and related merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, limit quantities, restrict accounts, or discontinue products or services when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment disputes, pricing errors, policy abuse, or violations of these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Product images, descriptions, release dates, quantities, and other information displayed on our website are provided for informational purposes and may occasionally contain errors or change without notice.

Trading card products may be subject to limited production, manufacturer allocations, distributor allocations, shipping delays, or other supply restrictions.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

3. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by Project TCG.

After an order is submitted, Project TCG may review the transaction for inventory availability, payment authorization, fraud prevention, pricing errors, quantity limitations, or other order-related issues.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order before fulfillment when reasonably necessary.

If Project TCG cancels an order that has already been paid, the applicable canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. PRICING ERRORS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices are accurate.

However, typographical errors, technical errors, incorrect discounts, system errors, or other pricing mistakes may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, Project TCG reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Project TCG is not obligated to fulfill an order at an obviously erroneous price caused by a technical, typographical, or system error.

5. MARKET PRICE FLUCTUATIONS

Trading card products are collectible products and may experience significant changes in market value.

The market value of a product may increase or decrease after an order is placed.

Market price changes do not entitle a customer to a cancellation, refund, store credit, or price adjustment.

If a product decreases in market value after purchase, Project TCG will not refund the difference.

Likewise, Project TCG will not cancel a confirmed customer order solely because the market price of the product has increased.

6. PRODUCT PURCHASE LIMITS

Certain limited or high-demand products may have purchase limits.

Project TCG reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per:

Customer
Account
Household
Billing address
Shipping address
Payment method

Attempts to circumvent purchase limits may result in cancellation of some or all related orders.

7. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve anticipated inventory before a product's official release.

Pre-orders are generally final sale.

Once a pre-order is placed, customers should not assume that it can be canceled.

Cancellation requests may be reviewed by Project TCG at our discretion. If a cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee of up to 15% may apply.

Changes in market price are not grounds for canceling a pre-order.

Repeated pre-order cancellations, failed payments, abusive ordering behavior, or payment disputes may result in restrictions on future pre-orders or purchases.

8. RELEASE DATES

Release dates displayed on our website are estimates based on information provided by publishers, manufacturers, distributors, and other suppliers.

Release dates may change without notice.

Project TCG is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

A delayed release date does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

9. PRODUCT ALLOCATIONS

TCG manufacturers and distributors may reduce quantities previously expected or ordered by Project TCG.

As a result, Project TCG cannot guarantee that every pre-order will be fulfilled in circumstances where our inventory allocation is reduced.

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of an order due to an allocation or supply shortage, Project TCG may cancel and refund the unavailable portion of the order.

Customers will not be charged a cancellation fee for products Project TCG is unable to fulfill.

Project TCG is not responsible for changes in secondary-market value resulting from allocations, shortages, manufacturer cancellations, or release delays.

10. PAYMENTS

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be authorized or if a transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION

Project TCG may use fraud-prevention systems or request additional verification before fulfilling certain transactions.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders that reasonably appear to involve:

Unauthorized payment methods
Stolen payment information
Identity fraud
Reshipping or payment fraud
Attempts to circumvent purchase limits
Suspicious ordering activity

Project TCG may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify an order.

12. SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Project TCG is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation interruptions, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect their packages promptly after delivery.

Shipping-related claims must be submitted according to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

13. REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable shipping address.

Packages returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim the shipment, failed delivery attempts, or other customer-related reasons may be subject to additional shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

14. TRADING CARD PRODUCT CONDITION

TCG products are manufactured, packaged, and distributed by third parties.

Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during manufacturing, distribution, or shipping.

Unless specifically advertised otherwise, Project TCG does not guarantee collector-grade or “mint condition” outer packaging.

Minor dents, scratches, shrink-wrap imperfections, small tears, corner wear, or similar cosmetic packaging issues do not necessarily constitute a defective product.

15. INDIVIDUAL CARDS & GRADING

Card condition is subjective.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Project TCG does not guarantee that a raw trading card will receive any particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, or another grading company.

Manufacturing imperfections, centering, print lines, surface imperfections, whitening, and similar characteristics may affect grading results.

For professionally graded cards, Project TCG relies on the grade assigned by the applicable third-party grading company.

16. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Purchases are subject to the Project TCG Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Trading card products, singles, graded cards, pre-orders, event registrations, and other designated products may be final sale.

Customers should review the applicable refund policy before completing a purchase.

17. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers experiencing an issue with an order are encouraged to contact:

so our Support Team has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Project TCG reserves the right to contest chargebacks and provide relevant transaction information to payment processors, card issuers, banks, and other financial institutions.

This information may include:

Order information
Tracking and delivery confirmation
Customer communications
Applicable store policies
Account and transaction records

Fraudulent, abusive, or improper payment disputes may result in cancellation of outstanding orders and restrictions on future transactions.

18. EVENTS & TOURNAMENTS

Project TCG may organize trading card shows, tournaments, pre-release events, league events, and other activities.

Each event may have additional rules regarding:

Registration
Check-in times
Decklists
Tournament format
Player eligibility
Conduct
Prizes
Transfers
Refunds

Customers participating in an event agree to follow applicable venue rules, tournament rules, publisher rules, and Project TCG staff instructions.

Project TCG reserves the right to remove individuals from an event for cheating, theft, harassment, threats, disruptive behavior, or other serious violations of event rules.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable event page, event registrations are final sale.

19. VENDOR TABLES & VENDOR REGISTRATIONS

Vendor registrations may be subject to additional event-specific terms.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable event page, vendor table purchases are final sale.

Purchasing a vendor table does not exempt a vendor from venue rules, event rules, applicable laws, or Project TCG vendor policies.

Project TCG reserves the right to reject or remove merchandise that is prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, unlawful, or materially inconsistent with applicable event rules.

20. COUNTERFEIT & UNAUTHORIZED PRODUCTS

Project TCG does not knowingly sell counterfeit trading card products.

Customers and vendors may not use Project TCG services or events to knowingly sell counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful merchandise.

Project TCG reserves the right to remove prohibited merchandise from an event and take reasonable action regarding accounts associated with fraudulent activity.

21. WEBSITE USE

You may not use the Project TCG website or services to:

Commit fraud or other unlawful activity
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Introduce malicious software or code
Scrape or interfere with the website in a manner that materially disrupts its operation
Circumvent purchasing restrictions
Impersonate another person
Abuse promotions, discounts, or account features

We reserve the right to restrict access when necessary to protect our customers, systems, or business.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Project TCG name, logos, website content, graphics, photographs, designs, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Project TCG.

Third-party trademarks, card game names, characters, artwork, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on this website grants users ownership of Project TCG intellectual property or third-party intellectual property.

23. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, tournament platforms, social media platforms, and other service providers.

Project TCG does not control all aspects of these third-party services and is not responsible for their independent policies, availability, or actions.

24. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, products and services are provided on an “as available” basis except where an express warranty is specifically provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project TCG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from changes in collectible market value, missed resale opportunities, manufacturer delays, distributor allocations, or carrier delays outside Project TCG's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

26. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Project TCG harmless from third-party claims, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

27. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or transactions with Project TCG will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Project TCG may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will become effective when the updated Terms are posted on our website unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

29. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and any applicable event-specific terms, constitute the applicable agreement between the customer and Project TCG regarding use of our services and purchases from us.
